Defence Health has been named Employer of Choice in The Australian Business Awards for the fifth consecutive year. This is a great achievement – and one we are very proud of.

Five years ago we identified the award as an opportunity to benchmark our workplace practices against industry best practice. To have sustained our performance since then – and during the COVID-19 pandemic – is testament to the strength of our organisational culture.
